Committed To Helping The Community

Granny’s Pantry LLC is a four-generation, family-owned shop dedicated to bringing the best of the farm and the kitchen to our Minonk neighbors. From our signature homemade breads and hand-stitched aprons to fresh produce and premium jams that are sourced from Indiana without preservative, we believe you shouldn’t have to drive miles for quality. Whether it’s growing our own veggies or sourcing the freshest picks for those who can’t make the trip, we’re here to keep the community fed and the pantry full.

Meet the Heart of Our Store

After years of services as a music and special education teacher, I traded my classroom for the aisles of a local grocery store. My passion for crafting began long ago in 4H, where I first learned to sew and developed a lifelong joy for creating. My husband and I felt a strong calling to use the space we owned to solve a problem; Minonk needed a local grocery store. Today, I’m proud to provide our town with fresh essentials. My love for the land continues outside the store. I spend my free time growing vegetables and flowers, and I’m currently planning on starting an apple orchard. I believe in growing things that matter, whether it’s a garden, a business, or our community.

A Hometown Heart

Kimberly was born in Minonk and grew a heart for service that began at her baptism at local St. Paul’s Church. After years of dedication to students and schools as a special education teacher and administrator, Kim has returned to her roots to help with our pantry efforts.Inspired by her grandmother’s example, and still using her heirloom kitchen table today, Kim finds joy in the simple things. Music, gardening, and the art of canning are some of kim’s passions. For Kim, supporting the pantry is more than a hobby; it is a way to live out her faith by helping feed the hungry and caring for the community she was born in. In her free time she also enjoys traveling out West to visit her beloved children and grandchildren.

From the Bedside to the Pantry

A granddaughter with a heart for service, Megan joins our team with a background in maternal and fetal medicine. A nurse for over five years, she brings her experience from the NICU and Labor & Delivery units to her new home in Minonk. Megan is a firm believer in the power of community, spending her time off coordinating the pantry and helping her grandmother grow the family business. She inherited her love for crafting from Granny and has been a lifelong crafter. Megan loves the quiet joy of making things by hand. Most importantly, she is a proud wife and mother to a busy toddler, and she is thrilled to be raising her family in such a welcoming town.

The Next Generation

If you see a busy toddler with a crayon in one hand and a piece of fruit in the other, that’s Granny’s great-granddaughter! At 2 years old, our littlest team member is often busy coloring, exploring the great outdoors, or channeling her inner Bluey; she brings so much joy to the store. Her favorite jobs? Helping open the shop in the morning, picking fresh fruits and veggies, and serving as our “Certified Taste Tester”. Stop by and say hi; she loves making new friends!
